This guide shows how to create a custom inspection form tailored to public safety needs. Following the outlined steps, users can efficiently gather and organise critical information, enhancing their ability to handle livestock-related issues effectively. Additionally, the guide emphasises the importance of customising forms to restrict access and ensure that only authorised personnel can use them.
1. In the form builder select "Create New Form"
2. Select the 'Stray and Wandering Stock' template
3. You can edit the title by clicking and typing
4. You can also change the subheading
5. Select the category that you wish this to be nested under
6. In this case, we will select 'Public Safety'
7. Optional: Upload a thumbnail for the form
8. Choose whether you wish to restrict access to certain users within the dashboard and Aero Ranger app
9. Select whether you would like to use Aero AI to pre-fill the form
10. Input a context prompt to ensure accurate AI filling of the form. You may utilise the default prompt within the template, or input your own.
11. In this example, we will select the 'Animal Inspection' prompt
