1. Click "ADD QUESTION"

2. Add the title for the details needed for the particular question

3. Then choose the response type. By default, these are text answers, but there are multiple options within the Aero Ranger form builder

4. The multiple-choice responses section. There may be options that you can choose from that are readily available.

5. For example, and Officer has chosen the multiple-choice of buildings, haystacks, woodpiles, and fuel. You can select this to use it again.

6. If the responses are not to your requirements, you can click the + responses button.

7. You can name the custom options

8. And then you can choose the colour of each button

9. Let's choose yellow in this example

10. There will be an example button colour to give you an idea of what it looks like

11. Okay, let's add another option

12. Will change custom option to to pink

13. And then pick the colour

14. Click here.

15. You can add an unlimited amount of choices by clicking on the plus icon

16. For option three, we will go with blue

17. And the colour

18. Click here.

19. Once that's done, click Create

20. And now you can select it from the response format section. By default, the responses are text, but you can select this area to choose other options.

21. You can see in the drop-down that yellow pink and blue an hour an option to choose. As these may be used again and again, they are retained for your organisation.

22. You can choose to enable AI pre-Fill which will take the voice notes from the Officer and fill out the choices as best as possible.

23. You can also restrict the pre-Fill to the choices, given such as yellow pink and blue and not go outside those options such as brown

24. You can also choose the response type being a radio button or a drop-down
