1. Click ad question
2. Add the name of the field. in this example we will simply put slider.
3. Select the response type, which by default is text answer
4. Choose the slider option
5. You can choose to print on a ticket
6. You can choose the max amount that you wish to slide up to
7. You can also choose the quantity for each step
8. You can also enable the AI to pre-fill the slider based on the voice notes that the Officer records out in the field
