You can improve data accuracy and streamline processes like ticketing by enabling read-only options and default values.

1. Select had a question in the custom form builder

2. Rename the question. In this example, we will just put the time and date.

3. Select the response format, which by default is a text answer

4. Select time and date

5. You can choose to print it on the ticket

6. You can also make it read-only so the Officer can't modify

7. You can also choose to select a default value.
