Creating a custom field with media

This guide helps create custom forms with media fields for interactive and engaging content, improving data collection with multimedia.

1. In the custom form builder, select Add question

2. Name this field. In this example, we will name it Media

3. Select the response type, which by default is a text answer

4. Select Media

5. And you can choose the Media type

6. In this example, we will choose "file" as the option
