Invite users to your Organisation

Invite team members to collaborate in the same Aero Ranger Dashboard.

Inviting users to your Aero Ranger organisation is the easiest way to share your vehicle data internally.

Select the 'Users' tab under the Admin panel while logged in with an Administrator or Manager account. This opens the User Management page.

Hit the 'Add User' button to start the invite process.

On the 'Add New User' page, enter the details of your team member and assign them a User Role.

Once complete, click on the 'Invite' button to send a User Invite email. Ask your team member to check their inbox within 24 hours and follow the prompts to create a password and sign in to Aero Ranger.

An administrator can update another user to administrator level once this invite has been emailed. Tick the box next to their name, then "Edit", and you will now see the Administrator option in the "User Role" dropdown box.

If the invite link is not used within 24 hours it will expire. Send a new User Invite link by ticking the box next to their name and click on "Resend Invite"
