1. Navigate to the form builder section of the dashboard
2. Click "CREATE NEW FORM"
3. Click "Abandoned Vehicle" template
4. You will see all the items for a standard abandoned vehicle form prefilled
5. Including information about the vehicle
6. And the owner
7. As well as witness statements
8. And actions to be taken
9. On the final page, there is evidence gathering and signatures
Tip: You can change this form at any time by deleting or adding new fields, as well as custom responses.
10. Add a thumbnail, which will be easy to find on the Aero Ranger app out in the field
11. Select your preferred category
12. In this instance, we will choose vehicle enforcement
13. If you wish to use AI to fill the form, then select utilise arrow AI to pre-fill forms
14. Select a prefilled AI prompt that fits your requirements
15. You can also build your own prompt specific to your requirements. This instructs the AI, how to fill out the form. You may include items such as local laws and how you would like the language to be displayed.
16. Click "CREATE FORM"
