Create custom signatures in a form

Tip: You can introduce multiple signatures within the same form. This is useful when officers require a signature from a manager.

1. Click "ADD QUESTION"

2. Click this text field.

3. Type the information for signature one

4. Select the response format item for the field that you wish to change.

5. Select signature from the menu.

6. Click "add

7. Double-click this text field.

8. Type the information for signature one

9. Click the response element.

10. Select signature from the menu.

Tip: We now have two signatures on the custom form that can be signed by different people
