Tip: Using Aero AI, you can quickly submit forms out in the field for fire break inspections. This guide will show you how to create a new form.

In this example, we will create a new Form for Firebreak and Fire Hazards. We will load an existing template and modify it, but you can start your own form from scratch.

1. Click "Create New Form"

2. Select the "Firebreak and Fire Hazards" template

3. Optional: Upload a thumbnail image so you can easily find this form on the Aero Ranger app

4. Choose the category for your new form to be nested in

5. In this case, we select public safety

6. Select whether you wish to utilise AeroAI to pre-fill the forms

7. There is a templated AI prompt to get you started, but you can create your own if you wish. This sets the context for the AI agent.

8. The form includes incident details

9. Property details

10. Fire break details

11. Fire hazard details

12. Witness details

13. Actions taken

14. Additional information. If you wish to change or add new fields, you can do so in this form builder at any time and choose the custom response.

15. Once completed, click Create form.

The new form will now be available on the Aero Ranger app.
