Tip: Using arrow AI, you can quickly submit forms out in the field for fire break inspections. this guide will show you how to create the form using the template that has been created by the Aero Ranger team

12. Witness details
13. Actions taken
14. And additional information. If you wish to change or add new fields you can do so, in this form builder at any time and choose the custom response.
15. Once completed, you can click Create form.
