Routinely check to ensure all connections have been made successfully by following these steps:

• Turn on the vehicle and check if the Aero Ranger EdgeAI unit shows a blue light

• Wait 3 minutes for the device to boot up

• Turn on the iPad and launch the Aero Companion App (red icon)

• If the first page says “Connecting…”, the device is disconnected. Troubleshoot the iPad

Hardwire connection.

• If the first page says “Disconnect” or shows license plate scans, the device is connected. Proceed.

• Click on the Status page (bottom right icon)

• Check the LTE Signal Strength is Low/Moderate/High • Check the GPS Mode is Good/Better/Best

• Check the GPS location by pressing “View” and confirm it is correct

• Scroll down and press “View Camera Snapshots”. If both cameras show an image, they are connected. If not, troubleshoot the camera connections.
