Click "arrow_drop_down"

Click "Create Flag"

3. Choose between:

One Time: Flag only the selected plate.

Same Plate: Flag the selected plate, and all nearby plates with the same plate number.

Area: Flag the selected plate and all nearby plates

Select the timeframes and the area of detection

Type a comment like "Abandoned Car suspect"

Click "CREATE FLAG"
