This guide provides step-by-step instructions on attaching an alert to an uncategorised vehicle using the Aero Ranger app. By following these steps, users can set up alerts based on specific rules and parameters, ensuring that they are notified of any future sightings of the vehicle within a designated distance range. This guide is essential for individuals who want to stay informed about the movements of uncategorised vehicles and take appropriate action when necessary.

1. Select the uncategorised vehicle in the history page of the Aero Ranger app.

2. On the vehicle details page, click the alert button.

3. Select the use case from the drop-down menu to apply the relevant rules.

4. We will use the same plate and area for this case.

5. Add a message if you wish.

6. Also, select an alert category. You can add additional categories in the watch-list section of the Aero Ranger dashboard.

7. When using a time-based rule, you can choose between hours and days.

8. Please specify the duration and distance range for triggering an alert. In this case, we will set the distance to 80 meters. This means that an alert will be activated in the future if the vehicle is detected within 80 meters.

9. Tap the create button to activate future alerts based on your selected rule.

10. The vehicle sighting alert has been updated and will apply to future vehicles in the exact location and timeframe.
