Update Your App - To ensure you’re using the latest features, please update your app to the latest version (V2.9.9, 01-9-2024) by visiting the App Store on your Apple device and selecting “Update.”

If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it using the following link:

Or use the camera on your iPhone or iPad on which you wish to install the app to scan this QR code. That will open the App Store and allow you to download the app.

Optimised for Connectivity - Aero Ranger is designed to perform best with an active internet connection - whether it’s 4G, 5G, or WiFi. However, the app also includes an offline queue mode for situations where no internet connection is available.

Using Offline Queue Mode - In offline mode, the app can store up to 400 vehicle images in the queue. Once you reach this limit, please STOP capturing images and connect to a stable 4G, 5G, or Wi-Fi network so that the queue can drain (count-down to zero by uploading to the cloud dashboard).

You will notice the queue (top of screen) start to decrease as the images are uploaded to the cloud dashboard. Please ensure your Apple device remains unlocked, with the app open and visible on your screen. Do not switch to another app during this process.

Resuming Capture - Once the queue reaches zero, you can resume capturing new vehicle images, regardless of whether you have an active internet connection.

Optimising Performance - For optimum performance, please ensure your Apple device is running the latest iOS version.

Close any other background apps by flicking upwards on the app to close, consider powering off and then restarting your device every so often, as this can improve performance.
