1. Click on the "Manage Document Categories" button.
2. Add a new document category by clicking on the "+" icon.
3. Use the dropdown box to select on the Category. For this example we'll use "Vehicle Management".
4. Type in a subcategory for your new document category. For this example we'll name it "Vehicle Inspections".
5. Enter a prefix into the "Prefix" field to be automatically added to beginning of the 'Document ID' of each form. This will appear as the name and separated by a "-" character. For this example we'll use "VEH-INSP", so the Document ID will be in the format "VEH-INSP-1234567".
6. Upload an image relating to the new document category by clicking in the box with the camera icon.
7. Click "Create" to finish creating the document category.
8. You can now select on the new document category when creating a new document.
